About Sukey Holzman:

Sukey Holzman is Secretary General for World Star Realty Global Real Estate Services and is actively engaged in its management and operation with the focus of her efforts in the International and Second Home arenas. 

Since becoming licensed as a realtor in the State of Illinois, Sukey Holzman has completed her Certified International Specialist and Transnational Referral Specialist training, and holds membership in the Chicago International Real Estate Council, International Real Estate Federation, US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, Advisory Board to the Mexico Tourism Board, Asian Real Estate Association of America and the National Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals.  She maintains membership with the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the National Association for Female Executives. Sukey is an Illinois Notary Public, and is listed in Manchester "Who's Who" as an International Realtor.

Prior to her career in real estate, Sukey assisted her husband in the developing and running of their businesses, which initially began with Architecture and grew to include General Contracting and some international legal consulting. In time she assumed the positions of VP for Holzman Design, LLC and CFO for Mackintosh International.  During this time she developed many Mexican contacts, both in the USA and in Mexico.  These businesses were focused on high-end residential property and resort properties; their clients included the Executive Director for the Mexico Tourism Board.

During Sukey's time with Holzman Design and Mackintosh International, business colleagues from the new company BMV/Olenti requested she take a position to help establish the administrative procedures for the fledgling enterprise whose purpose was to bring new computer concepts to the public.

Formerly, and while concurrently undertaking a formal apprenticeship in fine art, she expanded her knowledge of real estate, administration, property management and appraisal while working as the Office Administrator and Assistant to the Chairman of the Board and Property Manager of a REIT - First Wisconsin Mortgage Trust.

Subsequent to leaving the REIT, while being engaged full time in the studio as a visual artist, Sukey, in corroboration with a partner, developed Administrative Arts, a business devoted to creating and procuring grants as well as creating grants programs for its not-for-profit clientele; the most noteworthy of these being Habitat for Humanity.

As a classically trained fine artist Ms. Holzman maintains her ties to the art community through her work as President for Art Odyssey, a not-for-profit organization committed to cohesive and continuing art education as well as the discovery and nurturing of the young and gifted student artist.
