About Us:

A full time REALTOR with over 8 years experience.  Broker-in-Charge of the downtown office of Network Real Estate.  I live and work in the downtown Historic District.  Wilmington, NC has the largest preserved historic district in North Carolina and offers homes dating from the 1800's, downtown commercial buildings which have been converted to condominiums.

I Specialize in historic downtown Wilmington, NC and special real estate projects.  I work with buyers, sellers and investors with interests in the Wilmington, NC markets. If your needs are out of my area of expertise, I will be glad to refer you to a professional in or outside of my office to assist you.  My company, Network Real Estate is dedicated to serving New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties, including Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Fort Fisher, Pleasure Island, Wilmington Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Figure Eight Island and beyond.
