About Us:

Amy Nakos, JD, GRI

Your Castle Summit, Broker

I love my profession, especially finding the perfect mountain getaway for people who enjoy my community and its grandeur as much as I do.

I previously practiced law in Chicago, specializing in residential real estate transactions, commercial litigation and criminal defense.  My legal background, with all its twists and turns, provides me with great strategic planning and negotiation skills.

I enjoy spending time outdoors skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, road biking, going to the park with my sons or just walking to Main Street in Frisco.  I also love great food and wine, throwing fun gatherings at my house for friends, and entertaining visitors who love the mountains.

Testimonials

Over the years I have worked with many brokers so can compare Landmark with those past experiences.

Amy Nakos excels at everything one could want from a broker such as clever marketing and messaging; networking with other brokers; following up with brokers; overcoming objections; evaluating price and comparable sales; financial and rental analysis; and advising on how to show the house well at minimal cost.

Amy also has the skills and tenacity to get the tough deals done.  We had an extremely difficult close with a buyer.  The buyer changed terms, delayed close several times and finally showed up at close without a down-payment.  Amy stuck with it through all the changes, for 6 hours or so at the Title company when the buyer tried to bluff through the close, helped rewrite terms during the failed close to avoid putting the property in limbo in the event that the buyer did not follow through with their down-payment and followed up on the real close that occured several days later.

Amy is very logical, communicates well, is a creative problem solver and a pleasure to work with.

Needless to say that I think highly of Amy and believe that you would find a business relationship with her beneficial to you.

We highly recommend Amy Nakos. She was very communicative about all activity on our listing, provided suggestions, listened well, and delivered on her promises. She did a great job staying on top of details and representing our interests in a complicated transaction.
