About Me
I spent 3 years in the Army from 1960 thru 1963. I entered St. Cloud State College in 1965 and graduated with a BA in Marketing in 1969. I entered the corporate world with the intent of being a president of some company by the time I was 35 years old. I didn't make it. I was a sales manager with a few different companies such as Bristol Myers Corp., Polaroid Corp., Tonka Toys, and Bernzomatic Corp. After 13 years in Corp. life I realized I would not become president of a Company so I decided to start my own Marketing Company called Ultimate Marketing Inc. I started this company from the bottom and made it successful. We bought our first house in Cape Coral, Fl. in 1999 and I came down full time in 2002 after selling my company and immediately went into Real estate. My success in Real Estate has been a result of knowing how to market the product. Whether it is a tool or a house it must be marketed properly in order for it to sell. I have been successful in both the listing and selling of homes. My company Just Right Realty Compoany does a good job of advertising and marketing the homes on a local basis as well as branching out and advertising in other markets. I do sell and list homes in any price category, but have been moving myself into the high end home category. Customer service is my motto. I have the knowledge and experience to do the best job for my clients and customers. I am active in other activities besides my work, such as the Elks Lodge. I am chairman of The Childrens Drug Awareness and enjoy giving back to the children and the community. I work in Fort Myers, Estero, Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral. I live in Tarpon Point Marina and know that development extremely well.
Areas of Expertise
My area of expertise is in listing and selling high end homes, but I do sell and list other homes as well. I work in the cities of Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Estero and Cape Coral.
