Our Company is Windermere Peninsula Properties located in the Pacific Northwest, State of Washington, Mason County.

We provide the personal real estate services of a friendly neighborhood office supported by the professionalism of the most progressive Real Estate organization in the Pacific Northwest - Windermere.

We have Two convenient offices located in the Village of Allyn and the commercial center of Belfair, Washington.

We are committed to on-going education, in-house training, use of the latest technology and involvement in our communities and the Mason County Association of Realtors.

We pledge to listen to our clients in order to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

My Leadership in the Real Estate Industry

I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. I have been licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

I have been the Managing Broker for Windermere Peninsula Properties (formerly Windermere/LakeLand Properties) for the past 14 years.

I am a Past President of the Mason County Association of Realtors and the 2004 Realtor of the Year.

I have also served as President of the North Mason Chamber of Commerce, the Allyn Community Association and the Mason County Economic Development Council.

I have served on various community boards, committees and action groups.

I am currently writing a weekly article our local newspaper the Belfair Herald entitled "The Real State of Real Estate". I have also recently created a "blog" by the same name. I invite everyone to check it out at http://therealstateofrealestate.com.

I have spent much of my Real Estate career learning the real estate business and how to help people with their real estate needs.

I love what I do. I live by the Golden Rule - treating others as you want to be treated. You know what, I can't imagine doing anything else.
