My Leadership in the Real Estate Industry
I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. I have been licensed in both Oregon and Washington.
I have been the Managing Broker for Windermere Peninsula Properties (formerly Windermere/LakeLand Properties) for the past 14 years.
I am a Past President of the Mason County Association of Realtors and the 2004 Realtor of the Year.
I have also served as President of the North Mason Chamber of Commerce, the Allyn Community Association and the Mason County Economic Development Council.
I have served on various community boards, committees and action groups.
I am currently writing a weekly article our local newspaper the Belfair Herald entitled "The Real State of Real Estate". I have also recently created a "blog" by the same name. I invite everyone to check it out at http://therealstateofrealestate.com.
I have spent much of my Real Estate career learning the real estate business and how to help people with their real estate needs.
I love what I do. I live by the Golden Rule - treating others as you want to be treated. You know what, I can't imagine doing anything else.
Our Secret Formula
Hiring the Best...
There are plenty of great real estate agents who have chosen to join other companies for one reason or another. And that's okay with us.
In our book, the best agent is not always the top producer or the agent with the flashy TV spots or even the one with the most clients.
In our opinion, a great associate is the person who enjoys connecting with his or her customers and community.
Great agents find satisfaction in helping people realize their dreams of buying and selling homes.
We're in the dream-fulfilling business. And when our customers see that their Windermere agent genuinely cares about their dream, that turns into success for the agent.
We are different from most real estate companies.
We are proud and protective of our culture.
We do everything we can to provide you with tools to allow you to spend valuable time with your customers.
Oh, and we get out of your way.
We are - most definitely - not micro-mangers.
We figure you know what you're doing and we respect that.
It takes somebody special to succeed at Windermere. Since we are among the largest private real estate companies in the United States, we clearly have a lot of very special people here.
Since we, too, are homeowners, we never lose sight of what's important when it comes to this thing called Real Estate. And that has served us and our customers very well.
We ask of our agents:
BE the smartest person in the room.
DO everything humanly possible to help your customers.
SAY what you mean and mean what you say.
