I am a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty in the Charleston, SC area.
I work with both buyers and sellers in the residential market. I believe that when you are an informed buyer or seller, you'll make the best decisions for the most important purchase or sale in your lifetime. That's why my goal is to keep my clients informed on trends in the marketplace using the latest statistics in the local area. I also work hard to keep abreast of the latest marketing tools and ideas. I have recently hired a marketing manager whose sole purpose is to help promote my sellers' properties. Because of this, I am now able to take advantage of many more internet marketing sites to get my listings in front of more buyers.

When we decided to relocate from Maryland we were having a hard time deciding on where we should focus our search. Having practiced real estate for a number of years myself, I had high expectations of what an ideal agent should be. Susan Orick exceeded those expectations. She helped us navigate the area and find the neighborhood and home that was a right fit for our lifestyle. She made sure that we had all the listings currently available that met our needs, and sent us new listings as soon as they became available.
