I met Susan Mangigian at an open house she held late in 2010.  When she called to follow up on our impression of the house she was representing for sale, she offered to assist me in my search upon discovering that I had not yet engaged the services of a realtor.  I had met with several realtors previous to our phone call but had not yet decided on any one person.  While I was impressed with Susan’s credentials and certifications, it was her low key demeanor but energetic personality that made the decision to work with her an easy one.

Our search for a home was a concentrated one day effort which she coordinated efficiently.  She kept us on schedule yet allowed sufficient time to view 8 homes that day and I never felt rushed.  She was careful to point out pros and cons for each home we looked at.  I appreciated her expertise and never felt that she was trying to influence me with her opinion.
