I hope to bring a high level of professionalism and strategic management ability to real estate transactions. I've been a Realtor for 16 years.  Prior to real estate, I was Director and Vice President of Operations in two large healthcare organizations for 26 years and bring those skills to manage multiple details simultaneously.  I think my background comes in handy in the critical moments of deal-making.  After 26 years in healthcare operations crises, keeping cool under pressure is my strong suit.  

I've lived here for 40 years and I have an in-depth knowledge of the area and a particular affinity for the waterfront towns of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.  A swimmer, surfer and sailor, I have useful knowledge and insight for buyers and sellers of waterfront property.

I love first time buyers and enjoy the hunt and the opportunity to guide them to a place they love where they can expect to increase property values in the future.   Right now I'm seeing lots of singles buy their first properties as singles - it's fantastic!

I specialize in the towns bordering the ocean and the majestic Navesink River..... Red Bank, Fair Haven, Rumson, Sea Bright, Navesink and the surrounding towns of Shrewsbury, Little Silver, Holmdel, Monmouth Beach, Long Branch, Eatontown, Asbury Park, Colts Neck and Tinton Falls.  I recently joked to a friend that I know these streets so well that I could deliver pizzas up and down the Jersey Shore.

This is a beautiful place to live and I think that every day as I drive around.  We have riverfront condos ranging from one bedroom water view residences for $139.900  up to luxury waterfront condos at 2 million and everything in between.   We also have magnificent riverfront and oceanfront estate homes, priced from 1.6 million to 19 million.
