Susan's Home Safari Team
I have been a Realtor since February 2006 and a real estate investor since 2000. I established Susan's Home Safari Team to give my clients an extra ordinary experience for their real estate services. I just recently received an award this year of being voted one of the top seven percent of real estate agents in the Seattle Area as a Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent for 2007. I provide ongoing professional relationship contact to my clients before, during, and after they purchase or sell a home that has developed many friendships along the way!
My team consists of my administrative assistant- Tammy and my transaction coordinator- Jean. Together we make a great team to help you with your real estate needs. I have a Client Appreciation Program of which many of my clients love to be a part of this community. This program was developed to help me keep in touch with each of you in a fun way. Here are a couple of parties that my clients have enjoyed this year!
We had a Fun In The Sun Party at the Aquasox! We had an inflatable slide and obstacle course for everyone to enjoy while snacking on treats, then we had all you can eat food, then enjoyed watching the baseball game. I personally had a blast because I got to spend time with each of my clients while having a good time.
We had a Pamper Party! I made arrangements for a couple of massage therapists give neck and shoulder massages to each of my clients at a party where they also got to enjoy foot soaks and all the yummy chocolate goodies they could eat.
This is just a sample of my client appreciation program. I shared that to just show that I give great customer service to my clients. I do this by listening to your needs and wants. Communication is very important to me because, how can I give you the best if I don't know what your "best" is? So be sure to feel free to share when you are working with me, I will do the same.
Areas of Expertise
On going training is really important to me because it keeps me up to date on new changes in real estate law and new ways of marketing and selling homes. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative which has given me extensive training on being the best professional I can be for my buyers that I represent. I am an Accredited Home Staging Specialist which has given me training on staging your home to give you the best advantage for selling your home. My previous career was being a police officer, deputy sheriff, and detective for almost 20 years. I believe those experiences have given me exceptional negotiation skills.
