Having been the CEO of Keller Williams Real Estate in Doylestown and a 23 year full time real estate veteran, I have successfully sold homes during every market condition, giving me a huge advantage in this one.

We came to you under the most difficult of circumstances, the loss of a loved one.  It is hard to even think clearly at a time like that and you need to be in the hands of someone who will look out after your best interests.  You not only did that but we never doubted your ability or intent to do so, which in and of itself was comforting.

You were patient in answering our questions, knew what had to be done to and for the house, and since we were from out of state, we needed and you gave us reputable sources to get the jobs done.

On top of it all, even though you had left the state for vacation, when the offers came in, you hung in there, and for our sake, walked us through it by telephone, not passing us off to others.

The final icing on the cake was of course that the home sold for what you listed it at, even though we started somewhat higher than the comparative market.

After 20 years in the same home, our family needs began to change. We decided to investigate buying a new home. Travis, our son, kept going past a particular house for sale. It was a rainy day and on a whim we decided to call the realtor, Sue Thomas of Keller Williams Real Estate, shown on the listing sheet we pulled from the yard sign. I told my family that if we could not reach the realtor we would just forget it. Much to my surprise, Sue took our first call on that rainy Sunday morning and within half an hour we were inside the house. Of course we fell in love with it. Sue stayed with us hours until we decided to buy.  After that Sue put together the mortgage lender and escrow agent to finalize the deal.  We love our home and the area.
