About Susie

Born & raised in So. Calif., but with all of her family roots originally from Utah, it naturally became her choice for permanent residence. Having spent nearly 20 years living in the Park City area, she decided to extend her summers (and more importantly, the golf season) by relocating to So. Utah in 2006. With her love for the outdoors, there was not a more perfect place for her than St. George.  Susie has had a pulse on the construction boom through her family carpet business. Having been involved with the design and construction of several of her own homes, she understands the needs of her clients, whether buying or selling an existing home or starting from the ground up.

Being an avid golfer, I specialize in golf course communities in our St. George real estate market.  However, since there is so much more to St. George than golf, please ask me about our many special areas.  I have also helped many clients thru the construction process from the ground up.  Assisting to coordinate with the builder for out-of-area buyers is one of my specialities.
