Buyers: We all have access to listings on the internet, but what do you do when you find that perfect property? I will arrange to view the property, show you comparable properties so that you know you are getting a good deal, advise, write and negotiate the offer, coordinate the inspections, help you disseminate the information, work with your lender and get your purchase to your settlement company to close. I can honestly tell you that, to me, compensation is secondary to the transaction.
Sellers: Exactly where is your listing in cyberspace? Did your last agent put a sign in the yard, a lockbox on the door and then call you when your listing was getting ready to expire? I propagate your property information to as many websites as possible - not just to a multiple listing service with the hope that someone will land on your page. I can tell you weekly how many people have seen your house on Realtor.com. But, sellers beware. I want to sell your home, not just list it. Therefore, I will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear.
About Me
My husband, Matt, and I are the proud parents of two grown sons - Matthew and Nick. We live at Lake of the Woods on the small lake and own a water view home at the Potomac River on the Northern Neck of Virginia. You can see, water is in my veins! We boat, waterski, jetski, fish, and just love to hang out with friends at Coles Point. When we aren't working, you will definitely find us involved in some sort of H2O fun!
