Why you need a full-time Realtor
Buying or selling....you need a full-time realtor to be able to react to situations in your transaction. What if the day before closing, some emergency pops up and but the realtor can't react because they have a deadline at work that needs attention. Your transaction will be put on hold until they "can get around to it". I've seen it happen over and over again. Or the agent can't do the walkthrough because they have to work until 9 pm....and because they work full- or part-time, they don't have the experience in real estate to anticipate problems or handle them for that matter.
