I am  a firm believer that you have to have a passion for your work/career in order to be sucessful at it.  I have been in the real estate field for close to 15 years now, with my background being marketing & advertising.  I love that I can create and express myself the way I want.  I get to share in the joy of others as they fulfill thier dreams of becoming a homeowner (the single biggest purchase an individual will make).  Up until the time my clients find the home of choice I am pretty much a tour guide.  Once they find THE ONE, I spring into action with the most challenging part of the whole transaction..... the negotiation.  This is what sets Realtors apart!

AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Although my expertise is in residential real estate the last 12 months have found me focusing more on the Affordable Housing programs.  As housing prices soar, I am finding the little guy being left in the rain.  As I turned my focus to the AVERAGE income bracket I found it vertually impossible for them to purchase a home at todays prices.  Well guess what.... that AVERAGE income bracket is the majority of people/families in my area.  I was given a great tip by a co-worker about affordable housing programs available in our area and that is what I have been focusing on ever since.  Talk about rewarding!  I feel as if I can give the DREAM back to some of those who lost all sight of it.   If you are interested in knowing more about these programs, please feel free to contact me @ 352-455-5941.  I can get you qualified for the programs, set you up with an approved mortgage person and get you ready for the classes.  The next step is finding YOUR home!
