- I have been a mortgage banker since 1997 and currently work with a regional bank that specializes in more rural markets in 13 western states. Prior to lending, I was a Realtor for about 7 years. I think this company is doing a tremendous job in offering every type of loan available in the market. The few niche products we don't carry directly are still available as we broker to all 50 states through wholesale lines as well.
