About Marjie V:

Marjie helps buyers and sellers to get the best deal for them (fortunately not everyone is looking for the same thing!).  Who Marjie represents greatly influences how she negotiatates, but either way, her clients either get the right property(ies) evidenced by her experience. 

Sellers have received the highest selling price in the subdivision, and buyers have purchased at the lowest price in a subdivision.  Marjie helps sellers to get maximum market exposure in the shortest time and price their homes to sell especially in difficult markets.

Before earning her Real Estate License and Realtor designation in 2002, Marjie grew up in a real estate family and was fortunate to learn from those around her about real estate investing, managing properties and finding good deals.  As a fourth-generation Realtor, Marjie has met and overcome many challenges through the years.  She has completed continuing education courses in 2006 on Home Staging, in 2007 on Effectively Marketing Properties and Investment Properties and in 2008 on Pricing Homes, Virtual Tours, and Buyer Guidance.  She is currently studying for her Oregon Broker's License.
