We are a full service real estate law firm and Title company.  We close loans anytime, anywhere, with attorney's invovled in the process.  We are able to close all types of transactions including Cash deals, 1031 exchanges, and all types of residential and commercial loan programs.  As lawyers we represent buyers, sellers and banks (mortgage brokers, lenders).  We are available for our clients 7 days a week, always handing out our cell phones to clients, and realtors.

Areas of Expertise

We are not a general practice law firm, but have choosen to specialize.  We do all types of real estate law, residential, commercial, land use, buyer and seller representation, realtor representation.  We work with many lenders and brokers closing loans in a variety of states, as well as helping current home owners with workout programs, to avoid foreclosure.  We do some REO (bank owned) seller type representation, and love working with first time homebuyers.
