Hello from Seth Taylor
From early on my background has been in homes. I grew up in a construction family waking up before the sun came up and working until it goes down. For several years I owned a carpet cleaning franchise which tought me the benefits and realities of good customer service and attention to detail that is needed to succed in the REO servicing field. After selling my carpet cleaning business back in 2001 I went into real estate sales full time and worked hard for several years until the downturn left me in a new home sales position with no one to sell homes to in 2006. This is when I started SWT management and began servicing bank owned homes and getting them prepared for sale.
We started out in Yuma Arizona and quickly starting handling properties in Southern Arizona for our clients. We have now grown to Southern California, and all of Arizona. Some of our shining examples are as follows: We are a gold level contractor for the largest national service company in the US. We are the code violation contact and specialist for our clients in both Chula Vista, Ca and San Diego, Ca. We are happy to be able to provide jobs for people in a down economy when it is needed most.
I would like to start networking among my real estate collegues as this is where I really find enjoyment.
