I became a client of Sybil Mager in June of 2007 initially as an owner of a weekly rental property on San Juan Island. My experience with Sybil as a property manager for my vacation home has been outstanding. Sybil is incredibly easy to work with and I found her amazingly accommodating to all of my requests. We have had the pleasure of working with Sybil Mager since January of this year. She has help guide us through the process of purchasing a property on San Juan Island. On our visit to the Island in January Sybil met us promptly and had organized a very efficient and focused tour. She was knowledgeable about each parcel and answered all of our questions clearly. Sybil listened to our concerns and criteria and helped us to refine our list of possible purchases.
Once we made our selection, Sybil helped us to negotiate our offer with the seller. Sybil was very helpful with finding appropriate local professionals to perform various inspections and to negotiate an adjustment to the closing price based on the findings. Even after closing, Sybil was available to find and hire local tradesmen to perform the needed repairs.
Throughout the entire process, Sybil went way above and beyond what a realtor is required to do. She always replied promptly and completely. She assisted us in submitting an application for a building permit and even paid the application fee herself to expedite processing. When we needed some measurements of the building Sybil took care of it.
Sybil was very organized and efficient in the processing of all the required forms. Many had to be faxed and sent back with signatures. She always sent the right forms and followed up if they were slow to be returned.
