I have lived in Toronto most of my life. Grew up in the Trinity Bellwoods Park neighbourhood (on Crawford Street) and now live in the Hillcrest Village-Humewood neighbourhood.

First started in real estate at the age of 15, as a receptionist, part-time, after school.  Later on I worked for a Real Estate Appraisal company for about 3 years, prior to becoming licensed. A change in careers took me to the management development industry, for a few years, with a role in marketing, which has helped me in my real estate career. I returned to Real Estate, and at the same time, did some work as a General Contractor for a brief amount of time, which was a great experience, and that has helped me better service my clients in the real estate field.

I am open and honest with my clients, and my first priority is looking after the client's best interests and going above and beyond the call of duty. I will be there for the client before the sale and well after the deal has closed, to ensure that the client has a positive experience, as stress-free as possible.

I enjoy working with first time home-buyers who can only afford a $200,000 property, as well as working with professional athletes who are buying and selling multi-million dollar homes, as well as assist with relocation.

I am a Member in good standing of The Canadian Real Estate Association, the Ontario Real Estate Association, the Toronto Real Estate Board, and the Real Estate Council of Ontario.

Sylvie continues to amaze us with her constant energy and her commitment to her clients.  During our eight months of house searching, Sylvie became our stand in agent, as our original agent had gone on vacation. 
Sylvie held a firm position in helping us find a home.  She was amazing.  Any time we had a questions, no matter how small, she would always provide the answer.  She left no stone unturned.

Sylvie stuck with us the entire step of the way.  My partner and I encountered frustrations by not finding that perfect home fast enough.  Sylvie always gave us hope.  Then there was the emotional turmoil of the bidding wars.  She was our constant rock and would say "if not this one, there will be another". She was never discouraged.

Finally we found our house.  Sylvie offered help if needed, in arranging financing, insurance and rounding up a crew for household repairs.  How many agents do this?  I have dealt with many agents in the past and it has been my experience that once the deal is done, the agent is done!
Not so with Sylvie.

The day after signing our deal, she came by with a lovely gift basket.  The basket was not typical - it was chosen with thought.  It fit our personality.  It contained a beautiful plant, wooden coasters and place mats.

We recognize in Sylvie the wonderful attributes she brings to her profession.  She is a caring and committed agent who gives 100%.  She made buying our home such a pleasure.
