- I am a full time Notary Signing Agent and Mobile Notary Public serving the Metro Orlando & Central Florida Area (primary area: Orange and Seminole; secondary area: Osceola, Volusia, Lake, and Polk).
About Me:
I have been a Notary Public for more than 15 years and a Signing Agent since April 2003 with more than 4000 loans closed to date. My experience includes both commercial and residential loan closings for purchases (REO and traditional buyer/seller), refinances, HELOCs, HECMs (reverse mortgages), and construction loans. Closings can be performed in your office, the client's home or office, or any other mutually agreed upon location.
I am a member of 123Notary.com and have been awarded their Elite Certification as well as being a member of the NNA Signing Agent Section and have attained the Certified Notary Signing Agent designation (April 2003 and October 2005). I carry $500,000 in Professional Liability / Notary E & O coverage and have been approved to close loans for Provident Funding Group, AKA PFG Loans, Inc. I am also enrolled as a third-party closer for AmTrust and have successfully closed many eSign loans utilizing my laptop and wireless card to access their Gemstone system.

E-docs are welcome and I have all the popular printing programs/utilities (ie. Adobe Acrobat, SwiftView, DocMaster, eLynx, dtView, EdsView, etc.).
I am completely mobile, able to download and print while on the road by utilizing my laptop and wireless connection along with an HP LaserJet printer.
