Darren Orshoff is a Real Estate Investor, Certified Mortgage Planner, Certified Creative Wealth Coach, Lead Singer & Driver of the Winnebago!
He is an award-winning radio show host having broadcast worldwide on CBS Radio, ClearChannel Radio, and NBC News Talk Radio and via podcast, throughout California, Oregon and Washington. With his no-nonsense attitude, he is always cutting through the BS, providing solutions and opportunities about all things Real Estate, Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Investment. As a real estate investor he has been involved in over 430 real estate transactions creating hundreds of thousands of dollars of profits for himself, his partners, and his clients and investors. His primary focus as an investor in today's market (2009-2011) is in REO's for Rehab and Cash Flow (mainly in California), REO's for repair/rehab and flip in California (specifically in the Inland Empire), and Investment Pools (multiple investors investing in an LLC to pool their money to create larger profits for all). He also works with Land Trusts and is planning on doing some Subject To investing in 2011.
As a Certified Mortgage Planner he works with Wholesale Mortgage Source bringing wholesale lending rates direct to the public. Together with his staff at WMS, Darren brings decades of home ownership lending experience to the table helping hundreds of homeowners get in to homes, refinance their loans strategically, and plan for the future. To date, not one of Darren's loans has gone in to default or foreclosure.
