I am all about showing every property in it's best light. It doesn't matter if it's a small farm house in the mountains, or one of the beautiful waterfront properties on Smith Mountain Lake. It is my goal to highlight the BEST of each property and offer you the tools to market it successfully. Investing wisely in the proper marketing in the beginning, is the #1 greatest secret weapon in keeping listings--and that makes me your new best friend.
Of course, the other side to that is that a potential buyer cannot include your property in her narrowed down list if the photography is poor or the panoramas make her feel like she is riding the teacups! She'll just glance and move on.
