About Us:

Owners, Leslie Kroker, CIR, CISS and Kathy Gholson, CIR, CISS  received their training at the Midwest Staging and Redesign Institute, Naperville, Illinois.  They are certified in redesign and real estate staging through the Interior Redesign Industry Specialists, a leading professional staging and redesign organization.

DOWNSIZING: Transitioning into a smaller home, condo or apartment does not need to be a hassle.  We provide consultation to determine which possessions will work best in your new spaces and complete move-in services.
