The Talk of Tallahassee, How I got here!

As of 2011, I have completed my ninth year as a REALTOR. It's been a journey and the last three years have given me grey hair for sure! All kidding aside, there is no other job as challenging, or as rewarding as real estate.

I rank in the TOP 5% of Realtors in my area, and attribute that to very, very long work weeks and personal attention to detail that I provide both to customers and my fellow Realtors! I believe it makes a difference to get to know your clients, to treat them as friends and to maintain relationships after a sale or purchase.

I pride myself in not only selling property in Tallahassee and the surrounding 5 county area,.. but in introducing people to all that north Florida has to offer. Who better to ask for details and insight than a 4th generation native?  Life is good here from the Capitol to the forgotten coast. There is much to see, and much to do... and believe it or not.. I manage to squeeze time in for some fun on occasion!

New Construction, Lot Sales, Development and Fine Homes are my specialties. I refer customers to agents all across the United States and overseas.

 Professionally, I hold an E-PRO and SFR certification, the Certified Leadership Graduate, and the GRI I, II, and am about to take the FL Brokers Exam. I serve as a Tallahassee Board of Realtors as a Director, Communications committee,  and  Governmental Affairs Chair for TBR. I am a Director on the Florida Association Board of Realtors as well as Public Policy, RPIC, and Emerging Technology committees. I believe in continued education and networking and believe it has given me the edge that is appealing to customers and other referral agents.

My entire family has been in construction as far back as I can remember. I am extremely knowledgeable of new construction methods and design.  As a result, I sell many new construction homes.  I am very involved with local builders ranging from the high-end builders to those who specialize in affordable housing and remodeling.  I am also a specialist in land sales, such as lots and large acreage tracts for developer investment and contract sales. I have personal marketing experience for large scale proposals for developers right on down to the infamous re-sale listing presentations.

I have a team of young professionals who help bring a fresh outlook into marketing, and in my professional development and who are licensed agents, hungry to please my customers while deriving much pleasure from their experiences in real estate and in networking with other Realtors!
