About Me:
I always wanted to live only in the most beautiful places and I have been fortunate enough to do just that. I don't believe there is a more beautiful place than the Lake Winnipesaukee area of New Hampshire during the autumn. But the winters are harsh so if you are looking for year round warmth, uncrowded beaches, fabulous golf and absolutely outstanding fishing, then come visit me on Florida's Treasure Coast in the communities of Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fort Pierce and Stuart.
After 25 years of working in printing and publishing mostly for myself, I decided that it was time for a change. I began real estate as a career by buying and renovating an1773 Colonial home that was being used as a five family income property. I followed that by overhauling an 1871 Victorian that was on the verge of collapse. Then, I restored a couple of condos in the mountains of western South Carolina on Lake Keowee.
I love being hands on but the time has come for me to be less physical. But, you learn buying and selling skills well when it is your own sweat equity and livelyhood that is at stake.
