How Can I Serve You?

 

I established my association with ERA FAIRFIELD REAL ESTATE sixteen years ago and have been a multi-million dollar producer each year and the local leader in unit volume for several years. I believe her professionalism is enhanced by education, and obtained my Broker's license as well as being designated a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (A.B.R.) and a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute (G.R.I.) and have been recognized by Realogy as a leading producer for several years. I served as President of the Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce in 2009 and as a director for the Chamber for seven years, as Secretary of the Southeast Iowa Board of Realtors and presently serve as a director to the Regional Housing Trust Fund and the Fairfield Park & Recreation Foundation. I also served as the secretary of the Southeast Iowa Board of Realtors for four years. I have long served as a leader in her church youth group and on the church council. My husband, Jeff, and I have two adult sons and are very active in church, school and civic activities.  I have worked with Sellers and Buyers with respect to residential, commercial, agricultural, and recreational properties.  I have served first-time homebuyers and those who have sold and bought real estate several times.  Understanding the mortgage programs available has been a key to helping many, many sellers and buyers.  The advantage of our market is that we get to work with many different clients---residential, commercial, ag & recreational, together with a few REO and foreclosures.
