There are so many areas in Real Estate that one can specialize in.  Some of my favorites include: first time home buyers (I love to teach them the ropes), listing high end homes, and green-built homes (specifically Energy-Star homes).  One of the areas that I'm becoming passionate about is the downtown community of Grand Rapids and all the condo projects that are being built in the heart of downtown.

Tammy Stone helped us find the property we were looking for to build our new home....   One of the things I appreciated the most was Tammy's prompt response to my questions and phone calls.  Normally, I received the information I needed with 24 hours and phone messages were returned the same day.  I found that this is not typical when dealing with other Realtors.  As Tammy would make inquiries for us, she would have to wait several days for some of the other realtors to respond, however, she always updated us on a regular basis as to her progress....
