I was born and grew up in Hanau, Germany. I have lived in Enterprise, Alabama since October 2004. My ten years of experience in financial group accounting as well as experience in property management gives me the ideal skills and knowledge to exceed your real estate needs.

Buyer/Seller Tips
Tanja Landry was our realtor when my husband and I recently purchased our home in Enterprise AL and we could not have been more pleased. Prior to selecting her as a realtor we had contacted several realtors about homes 
we had seen advertised and had minimal return phone calls. A friend had recommended Tanja and she was very prompt and professional in all the contacts we had with her. My husband and I were moving here from Mobile AL and were on a very tight budget with a limited time frame. We spoke with her ahead of time to let her know our budget and the minimal requirements that we were looking for in a home. I was only able to come up for 1 weekend prior to purchasing the home. She went above and beyond her duties to look at homes ahead of time for me and to scope out areas/ neighborhoods prior to my arrival. Once we arrived we looked at homes on the internet and selected several to look at. She had already prearranged several homes for viewing with our agreement by emails. We looked at several homes, found 1 that we liked in a great neighborhood within our budget. We thought about it over night and made an offer on Sunday which was ultimately accepted by the sellers. We returned a few weeks later for the closing and moved in the following day. This was my 2nd home purchase and my husband and I could not have asked for things to go any smoother. Apparently there were some issues prior to closing but she was able to get it all worked out without us getting involved. She also assisted us with finding contractors to do some remodeling with which we were also very pleased. We are still in the remodeling process but have made huge improvements in our small home all with her assistance. She went above and beyond all of her required duties and made things quick and easy which is what makes buying a home much less stressful and more rewarding. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend and already have done so. If you are considering purchasing a home considering Tanja Landry would be a wise decision.
