Meet Terry
Terence A. Willis, who goes by Terry, earned his law degree, Juris Doctorate, from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Licensed by the State of Texas, he has practiced law for 37 years in San Antonio. He was board certified in residential real estate law and commercial real estate law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas and the last 20 years of his practice focused on the preparation of documents for real estate transactions and the representation of clients in lawsuits involving loans and real estate.
Mr. Willis also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin, with a major entitled "Engineering Route to Business."
Mr. Willis has been involved in real estate transactions in Mexico since 2002, and has studied Mexican real estate law pertinent to and been involved in the purchase and/or sale of rural and urban property within and outside of the restricted zone.

We sell property in San Sebastian del Oeste, Jalisco, MX. It is about one and one-half hours from Puerto Vallarta which is on the Pacific coast of Mexico. We specialize in ranch property and currently operate a ranch in San Sebastian del Oeste raising large, quality mules used for riding and working cows. The village of San Sebastian is about 4000 feet in elevation and the weather is always very nice. San Sebastian is a 400 year old Spanish mining town so properties there are mostly lots, acreage tracts and ranches.
