Beachtime Realty is a relatively new full service real estate company serving the South Bay area outside Los Angeles, CA. I have been a resident of the South Bay for over 20 years and have gotten to know this area very well. I started this company for the simple reason that I have a passion for real estate and for helping others. It is a natural fit and makes perfect sense given the 24 years that I have been buying and selling properties, including a number of investment properties, with great success.
My professional experience includes working with top management consulting firms and supporting Fortune 100 companies. I am blessed to have a huge network of personal and professional relationships. This includes the alumni networks of both the University of Southern California, where I received a M.S., and UCLA where I earned my M.B.A.
My clients appreciate my open, direct, and honest approach to communication. They also appreciate my integrity, which at times has manifested in my discouraging certain purchases, for example, because the timing or pricing did not seem optimum.
I welcome referrals and also provide referrals, no matter where they may end up. With the last couple of months, I provided a referral that led to a sale on the east coast.
