About Us:
Ted Schmidt has been involved in lead generation since his very first job when he set appointments for a "free estimate" for central air conditioning in So. California around 1975. After studying Finance, Real Estate and Law at Cal Poly Pomona, Ted became a mortgage broker. When the Internet emerged, Ted set up the first automated mortgage lead tracking and distribution system in 1999 and was the first to market non-exclusive and Cherry Picked Leads®. His company now has nearly 40,000 registered users and over 10 million leads. Thousands of mortgage brokers relied on Ted as their primary lead vendor through the mortgage boom and bust.
