I come from a family tradition of real estate professionals, investors, and builders. With years of observation, interaction and training, as well as proven negotiation and marketing skills, I'm well qualified to help you through every aspect of your real estate transaction. Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hard work are the hallmarks of my work ethic. Before entering the real estate field, I worked in public relations which provides me with market knowledge and a unique perspective on innovative marketing techniques that will get your home sold as fast as possible.
A nineteen-year resident of Maryland, I have a wealth of information at my fingertips for families relocating to this area. Having been involved in many home improvement projects, I'm also able to advise my customers in all aspects of home updates and renovations, including access to my database of quality service contractors.
I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). A member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the Maryland Association of Realtors® (MAR), and the Howard County Association of Realtors® (HCAR) I have served on the HCAR Board of Directors for two years. I promote affordable housing through the League of Maryland Homeowners. I am a Workforce Housing Certified (WHC) real estate agent and a Freddie Mac Credit Smart® instructor and a member of the MD/DC Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists.
