About Colleen Kulikowski & RealtyUSA
Colleen Kulikowski grew up in Western NY and moved to the NY/NJ/CT area in 1984 where she was a successful consultant in the technology field. Her broad range of knowledge and creativity give her an edge in the Real Estate industry. She has a diverse background including event management, corporate training and a wealth of computer knowledge focuses in the latest marketing strategies, statistical analysis and logistics for her clients. She has worked for several companies including Radio City Music Hall, Reed Reference Publishing, Nabisco Foods, Key Bank and Marsh & McClennan.
Colleen and her son made the Naples, Florida area home in 2001 on Marco Island, where she started a new career in the Real Estate industry. She lived on Marco Island until February 2007 where she has relocated to the Greater Orlando area and early 2008 moved back to Western New York to be closer to her family.
Prior to becoming an active Realtor in Florida, Colleen has worked with several top producers on Marco Island and in the greater Naples area designing marketing and advertising materials. Colleen's innovated approach to marketing homes and condos via the Internet, along with creative marketing materials provides Sellers with an edge in the Greater Orlando area. Taking that knowledge, she applied it to Western New York where she has improved her strategies and is seeing a tremendous amount of web exposure for her clients.
