About Us:

Todd Dusse has been working in the mortgage industry for the last ten years. He originally started his career at NAFC and proceeded to move West to work for a variety of lenders in California where he further acquired skills as an underwriter and a sales associate. In the summer of 2006 it was time to head back East for family and to bring his financing knowledge back to his community. He has since re-united with NAFC and resides in his hometown of Clifton Park. Mr. Dusse is a contributing member of the Twin Bridges Rotary, So. Saratoga Chamber of Commerce & BRNG networking group.

Mr. Dusse's areas of expertise range from the sub-prime to the conforming market. He has handled thousands of loans in his years working with those who have had hard to document income to your everyday W2 client. Due to his extensive underwriting background Mr. Dusse has the innate ability to forsee and tackle any hurdles that a client may encompass along the way during their financing transaction.
