How incredibly fortunate I am to have chosen a career that I enjoy!  Selling Real Estate isn't like work to me, each day is exciting and new.  One day I may be helping an investor find property that cash flows, the next day I could be searching for a home for a family that's new to Canada, and the next finding a condo for a young person (now known as generation Y).

 

Although I wouldn't classify myself as a "first time home buyer" specialist, I do enjoy helping first time home buyers. I enjoy sharing information and educating them on the whole process of purchasing a home.  I like to share my knowledge with them to help them make an educated and informed discision on such a huge purchase.  The fact that I'm also a mortgage broker definetly adds value for my clients.  I sit them down and explain to them the process of being approved for financing, I go through the different senarios with them, and pick a mortgage product that best suites their needs.  Once they know how much they can spend, then the fun begins.  We start our search for the perfect home.

I've known Jackie since she first moved to Calgary 12 years ago.  We met playing slo-pitch, I played short stop and she played 1st base.  She had just gotten her real estate license and was very excited to be starting a new career.  Jackie has been my (now our) realtor since that time and has done 4 real estate deals with us.  We recommend her to our family and friends and wouldn't consider using any other realtor.  As a matter of fact, she just sold our last home this past November, it only took 30 days, the market was very slow then, so we weren't expecting it to sell so fast. We were thrilled.
