Homestaging -A necessity in today's stressful housing market

As many of you know, relocating and getting ready to sell your home can be a very stressful time in your life.  I know first hand how difficult relocating to a new home can be.  Not only did I grow up in the military as a military child, but I also married into the military.  I have followed my husband to various locations through out the United States and Europe, including both Italy and Germany. 

My passion for staging and redesigning started at a very early age.  My role model was my mother.  She had and still has the gift to make any home a home of warmth and beauty. Believe me, she and I have had our challenges of making every house a true home. Through out all my moves, I have learned the importance of de-cluttering.  Let's face it; doing the hard work on the moving end saves so much time and frustration on the other end.  As a military spouse, I found myself helping other families with the moving process by dressing up their homes, or just providing a little help on decorating and reorganizing.

Realizing I had this passion, I decided to branch out and open up my own business, in order to help other people with this difficult transition in their lives.  I strongly believe that during this difficult and challenging housing market, I will be able to showcase your home's natural beauty and help you to receive the maximum dollar power that your home is worth.  Whether you are looking to sell or just wanting a fresh look, JB Staging Concepts will work together with you to enhance the natural beauty of your existing home and transform it into one that simply says "WOW!"

Staging is the art of dressing up one's up and showcasing every home to it maximum earning potential.   The important key to being a great home stager is to listen to the needs and concerns of my clients.  I treat every home as if it were my home.  If I can't see myself living in my staged homes, then how can homebuyers see themselves living in it.  I always tell my clients that every home has a story, and its my responsible to make a story a best seller.  

 My area of expertise consist of decluttering and reorganizing, color consulations, redesigning for those individuals who are just looking at improving their homes for themselves.   I work closely with homeowners and Realtors alike to help stage homes so that they will sell faster and with a higher profit return than non-staged homes.
