About Us:

     My name is Teddy Haywood and I am a Home Loan Consultant for Countrywide Home Loans, Americas' Largest Residential Lender.  The great thing about Countrywide is our entire process is done right here on a local level. We are not sending our paperwork to Virgina, or Ohio, or Texas and waiting on an answer from someone hundreds of miles away. We process, underwrite, close, and fund all of our loans from right here!     I am very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful team. We have by far the most diverse loan program guide, and when we say something, we mean it.  It is my job to find a loan program that fits my clients needs, and with over 1500 loan programs there is always something that is a perfect match.  Countywide has assigned me the wondeful task of growing into the Crossville Market.  I hope to have an office there in the very near future.  All I have to do is get the ball rolling so Countrywide can see the growth and need for us to be here.  I look forward to helping grow the Crossville area and I hope to be spending a lot more time up here in the future. I just want to say Thank You to all of my business partners, and I look forward to working with all of you in the future.  I love helping the American Dream Come true.

Areas of Expertise

Residential lending is my area of expertise, but specifically 100% financing, and Jumbo loans. I have extensive training in all aspects of residential lending, and with that training I have aquired extensive knowledge on many loan programs that can benfit our clients, including government programs and "special situation financing".
