About Me:

 Agent / investor working for Keller Williams Realty Resources.  Also a real estate investor and co-founder with two other investors of a limited liability company (New Haven Homes, LLC) specializing in wholesales in New Haven County, Connecticut.

My background is in accounting and have specialized in analyzing business controls.  This experience has allowed me to analyze properties and their effectiveness of operations on a micro-economic scale.  The type of properties I specialize in are multifamily properties in New Haven County, and typically find properties anywhere from 50 - 70 cents on the dollar for wholesaling purposes.
