Let me just say up front that I am Not A REALTOR! I am the Information Technology Manager for the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS. I am also a technical trainer. I think my whole life to this point, has prepared me to be involved in real estate as both trainer and technical support. I was a surgical technician for 16 years. I was also a secretary, newspaper advertising sales, cook, waitress, assistant store manager, and bartender! Whew! Then at age 41, I decided to re-invent myself and went back to school to be a computer & network engineer. That was going on 14 years ago, and I have never looked back! I have worked in several industries since joining the computer field: banking, hospitals (again!), technical support, yellowpages sales, international trucking, and now real estate. Each time I changed industries since joining the computer field, have taken away more knowledge than just computer experience!
I am a CST(Certified Surgical Technician). I am a network engineer, MCT(microsoft certified trainer), MCP, CNA, CNE 4, etc, and so forth! I have been a support technician, network admin, Information Systems Manager, System Engineer, Helpdesk Supervisor, and now Information Technology Manager. In this position, I am the technical support for around 14-1500 people, network administrator, engineer and designer and technical trainer. I teach the MLS, along with many other classes on computer related topics. I am also the event coordinator for the Technology Committee's annual Tech Fair, got tech? I am more geek/nerd than my grandkids ever thought about!
