In Real Estate since 1993. I'm licensed in Iowa. ABR accredited. I do business in the Quad Cities and several of the smaller towns in the area. Durant, Blue Grass, Walcott, Wilton.

I've been in the real estate business since 1993. Full time since 2000. I'm licensed in Iowa. I also have an Iowa personal lines Insurance License. I feel those two go hand in hand. I truly love living in the Midwest. Brought up in a small town about 20 minutes west of the Quad Cities. I believe in volunteering. I believe that what you give you get back. I'm a retired Volunteer Paramedic, served on a totally volunteer service for 20 years. I do in patient hospital visits as a Befriender. My husband and I do mission work through our church.

 

 

I like to work with buyer and seller. It's rewarding to see everyone happy at the closing table. I do a lot of work in the smaller communities. Durant, Walcott, Blue Grass, Eldrige and Wilton. The values in the smaller communities are different than those within the Quad Cities, I do have a good feel for the smaller markets since that is where I do a lot of my business.

 

I've been told I'm very trustworthy, honest, prompt with answers to questions, very helpful through the whole process of buying or selling property. I've had many repeat clients I feel this speaks for itself.
