Hello.  I am Teresa Cowart and I am a Realtor specializing in Richmond Hill, Pooler, Hinesville, Rincon and Southside Savannah.  I am a full time Realtor, mom and very active in my community and church. I grew in a military family so I understand military relocations and all that goes with them.  I also spent 15 years in corporate Human Resources so I helped employees relocate even before I became a Realtor.  I absolutely LOVE what I do.  While Real Estate transactions are sometimes intense negotiations and the legalilities are endless, at the end of the day....  it is so worth it.
