Hello there!  I have been involved with real estate and customer service for over 10 years and I specializes in residential (buying and selling), new constructions, investments, or vacant lands.  I love to help my buyers achieve their dreams of owning their own home, and of course that is how I earn my living too, but the most important thing here is not about me.  The mere thought of somebody achieving their dream is very satisfying to me.  I can just about jump with excitement for them every time I close a deal, but that is me.

I was born and raised in the Philippines and is fluent with Chinese Fukien, Philippine dialects such as Waray, Cebuano and Tagalog.  I am E-certified with Prudential Real Estate.  I am also a member of the Ruskin Chamber of Commerce.  Call me and I will try my very best to help and make you a proud and happy homeowner.

Areas of Expertise

Aside from the excitement of finding the right home for individuals and families, my goal in life is making their dream come true. Life is too short to be greedy and I will work with whatever comes my way, whether it is a simple home to a million dollar home.  I do work mostly in the Southshore area of Tampa Bay such as Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Gibsonton, Riverview and Sun City Center.  There are a lot of beautiful active adult retirement community in the neighborhood of Apollo Beach and Sun City Center.  Have you ever seen people driving their GOLF CART to the grocery store, doctor's office, hospital and shopping?  Well, you can do that here in Sun City Center.  Of course the number one recreation is GOLFING.   This does not of course mean that it is only for retirement because there are so much more to do being near the beach.  While Apollo Beach and Ruskin is not far from the Gulf of Mexico, fishing and boating has been a favorite pastime in this area too.
