- Description
- This is a very challenging market. It can be extremely difficult to navigate through short sales and REOs. Now more than ever it is best to work with a Realtor. Call me.

About Me:
I grew up in a suburb of Los Angeles but it wasn't what you might think. It was very rural. We were surrounded by agriculture. There was a bird of paradise farm and a huge nursery, and a walnut grove and fig trees and on the way home from school there was a field of cabbage so we could have rotten cabbage fights. Some of the roads were still dirt. One day at school some cows and a bull got loose in the school yard and we had to stay in class until they were rounded up. Sadly, it is all inner city now and very different. My childhood did have a real "Leave it to Beaver" quality to it. It was a wonderful childhood. That is why I enjoy Norco. It still has a rural feel and a sense of community.
I have a very interactive website. I have searches for bank owned property, horse property, Victorian homes, etc. Visit my website at www.RobertTessler.com

Areas of Expertise
Norco, Corona and Riverside feature many individually unique areas. Norco in particular would be considered a niche market being primarily horse, or animal keeping, property. Riverside and Corona are more diverse ranging from turn of the century Victorians to new residential homes. Vacant land has also become an important part of my business with many exciting opportunities the rapidly growing area of West Riverside County pressent.
Testimonials
I have known Bob for over 20 years. His hard work and attention to details made selling my home a smooth transition out of what otherwise was a difficult transaction. Thanks Bob.
