My job as a REALTOR goes much further than just a transaction coordinator to help you buy or sell your home. As well as making sure a smooth transaction goes through, whether you are buying or selling a property, it is my duty to serve you and your family in the transition process.

Much more than just listing and selling a property, I work hard to keep your family safe, away from legal problems, and hopefully help you relocate with as little moving and stress as possible.

When helping a seller, we will sit down and work up the best plan of action for your situation. We all have standard marketing plans, but as a professional, I create a plan tailored specifically for your property.

You may be deciding on whether or not updating on your home would net your more money or selling it as-is. You may be wondering if putting in a pool or new patio would improve your value.

With my knowledge of remodeling and improvement values, we can sit down and decide, before you do any renovations, the best plan of action and the impact it will have your home value. Maybe you have a unique property that will only appeal to a small percentage of the home buying stream or a vacant piece of property that requires work. We can make a specific marketing plan to fit and go about marketing to the correct buying prospects.

When assisting a buyer, we will sit down and discuss your needs, wants, and realistically the best property for you. As well as sitting down to discuss the type of home you desire, we can refer you to a competent mortgage professional to assist in the financing of your purchase.

We can discuss your short term & long term goals. Sometimes a young families short term goal will be, just to get a home, and later realize in a couple of years that they are ready to sell, but have little or no equity built up in the short time after they have built a home. We can talk about new homes, resale homes, and distressed sale properties.

Investors: When meeting with an investor, it is important to discuss your short term & long term goals. I suggest finding a competent REALTOR who understands "numbers" and can help protect your bottom line. We can make an aggressive or relatively safe investment strategy based on your desired goals. We will discuss area stats, past appreciation rates, and hopefully project a positive outlook for the future.
