Our home search feature is the only one available that provides you with the ability to search new homes, pre-owned homes and “For Sale By Owner” homes from the same site! Our goal is to simplify your search and make it easier to truly compare side-by-side. Why go to three different websites and perform three separate home searches? Not only do we provide the ability to search new homes by local home builders, we also provide all of their floor plans available to be built with your personalized touch.

We have joined forces with multiple service providers to ensure you have everything you need to: prepare your home for sale, find contractors to help you get it in top selling condition and organize your move. We also provide the resources to: research the city and schools before moving, get pre-approved for your next mortgage, find your ideal new home or pre-owned home and connect your utilities before you move in. We provide all of this and more without requiring you to speak to an agent. We understand that sometimes you just want to browse on your own but our licensed, non-commissioned representatives will always be there to help when you are ready to ask!

Texas Home Central specializes in two main market areas of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex with two offices, one in McKinney and one in Flower Mound. The first is the North Dallas area which covers Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Allen and Little Elm. The Second area covers Flower Mound, Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, Lantana, Argyle and the Grapevine / Lewisville areas.
