Description
Real Estate Broker- Investor

About Me:

I have been in the real estate business since 1973 and received my brokers license in 1976.  I started my own office in 1976 and in 1981 I purchased a Century 21 franchise located in Mineral Wells, Texas.  I served as State Director for the Texas Association of Realtors and as director for the local Board of Realtors while in Mineral Wells.  I served on The Main Street program as a director for the Mineral Wells program in 1985-1987.  My wife & I served as co-chairmen for the Texas Association of Realtors' Commercial Revitalization program in the Mineral Wells area in 1985. We won First place in the state for this.

My wife and I owned a real estate office in Arlington, Texas in the late 80's,  selling that office in 1990 and moving to Granbury, Texas to become more involved in the investment section of the real estate market.

In 2004 we moved to the place of our heart, The Texas Hill Country.  After spending most of our vacation time in the beautiful Texas Hill Country we made the move that we had wanted  to do for a number of years.  Now we are only minutes away from enjoying the beautiful rivers and clear streams of this area of Texas.

Areas of Expertise

I still love the real estate business after all of this time and I am still serving buyers and sellers of commercial real estate and investment properties in Texas. I look forward to finding that special property that you are looking for.  I am also an investor in income producing properties so let me hear from you.  I also have buyers for hotel, motel and mobile home communities that are lot rental only retirement type communities.

I also teach a program that shows owners how to save thouands of dollars on their home mortgage and years off of the term of the loan.  Folks it is not all that hard to understand, so simple.  There have been many books written on the subject but it would take only two or three pages of information to get the light bulb to come on.  Of course to sell a book it all needs to be stretched out to a larger number of pages to get people to pay for it. This is not a bi-monthly or any veriation of that out dated approach.
