My name is Steve Baker. Recently my wife Michelle, and our two children purchased our first home. I have never experienced the type of dedication and commitment that our family received from David and Shannon Swierczynski. Being a first time homebuyer, and not knowing what to expect, I put all my trust into David and his staff. I have to say it was one of the best decisions I could have made for my family. I put it to David to get my family into a home by Christmas Eve. Mind you this was on November 17th. To make a long story short, we had four home deals fall apart. We were three weeks from Christmas, and David and his wife were in the hospital with pneumonia!!! Well, from his hospital bed, he pulled listings and found homes for us to see.  I would like to take this opportunity to nominate David Swierczynski for any awards or bonuses that your office may offer. The assistance that he gave us selling my mother's house in Lake Villa was above and beyond what is normally expected. This was an exceptionally difficult sale because of a disgruntled neighbor who verbally acosted potential buyers and agents showing the home. This individual threatened us with unjustified liens, federal prosecution and condemnation of the property. Our survey revealed that he had been encroaching on our lot. The assistance that David And Julius Kole gave provided us with a sale with all of the issues mutually resolved. This was all accomplished within a nine week period of time from listing to closing. In addition to these professional services, David had our lawn maintained at his expense and personally took up the old carpeting so that the hardwood floors were accentuated. he even removed a heavy old safe and drilled through two thick steel plates and four inches of concrete to verify that it was empty. His website and other advertising should be considered as models for other sales people. David's communication with us was always prompt, relevant, professional and delivered with a positive attitude.
