I was contacted by a builder around the middle of June of 2006 and he wanted me to consider being a co-listing agent for two homes he had listed with another Realtor from our company. I wanted me to consider it for the purpose of marketing the home which is what I like doing. The two new construction homes had been on the market for over 100 days at the time the builder asked me to be a co-listing agent.
