Prior to joining Corcoran, Stephanie L Davis worked at a boutique residential brokerage firm in Soho. As the number one sales agent, she built the sales division from the ground up, implementing first-time buyer seminars, holding weekly sales training, and gaining market expertise, among her many achievements. In 2008, Stephanie also managed the sales division, closing over $40 million in sales volume with just a handful of full-time agents.

Matthew Drennan is inspired by spaces, and driven by the mission to help clients find the right one for their needs. Expert at navigating sales and rentals throughout the Manhattan real estate market, Matthew is an integral member of tAg (theADVOCATEgroup) at Corcoran who combines innate creativity with proven experience to achieve successful results for every deal. In addition to expertly serving clients, he spearheads cutting-edge marketing to optimize exposure and beautifully showcase the group’s property listings.
Originally from Philadelphia’s Main Line, where his grandfather Joseph T. Drennan owned and operated Bryn Mawr Realty, Matthew Drennan was inspired by the business early on. Moving to New York to attend New York University, where he earned a Bachelor degree in Media, Culture, and Communication, Matthew subsequently worked in the service industry, and pursued his passion for theater as co-founder of Spring Theatreworks. With service his forte, and architecture his preoccupation, he naturally transitioned into the world of residential real estate with another prominent New York City brokerage firm before joining Corcoran.
Currently living in Hell’s Kitchen, Matthew has called Manhattan home for over 15 years. He bonds well with people of all kinds, and enjoys exploring new and existing neighborhoods throughout the city. Prior to joining the tAg at Corcoran, Parish Pradhan built a solid name and glowing reputation for himself as a sales and rental agent for a boutique real estate firm based in Soho, where he was ranked the #1 rental agent for the first and second quarter of 2009. Parish came to real estate after a diverse career background in the culinary, fashion and sports worlds. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, he attended school in India where he lived for 12 years. During that time he also travelled all over Asia. Parish subsequently earned a degree in Business Administration from Strayer University in Washington, D.C. He was all the while motivated by an intense desire to call the ultimate city, New York, home.
While real estate is his passion, Parish also enjoys travel, golf, basketball, billiards and kayaking. His love of sports and music take him to different sporting venues and concert events all over the country. Parish has also organized basketball tournaments and fashion shows to raise money for orphans in Nepal, plus he proudly sponsors a child through Save the Children.
